சில்மிஷியே!

It is nothing but the name of the book which I just finished reading. As the name reveals, it goes about a girl. I picked up this book for the reason that the author is Paa. Vijay, one of the prominent lyrists in Tamil. And upon reading, I thought, does it live up to its prodigious reputation? Well, put quite simply, it certainly does.

A semi allegorical book about a beautiful girl. That is what is attracted it to me. The author was very eloquent in portraying a girl’s beauty, though there were some deviances from the normalcy at places.

One more singular thing about this book which I have never seen before is that this book does include a vacant foreword which is intentionally left blank to be filled in by the girl who is portrayed in. A fancy idea!

Good piece of literary work! You can give it a one off read, sure you will enjoy.
