Wow...CB is hit!

Till the last minute, I was under suspicion that it might go flop. But to my surprise, it came out to be good. Yes, its not that difficult to prepare Chicken briyani, comparing to prepare upma(huh..). It had met all the basic requirements of the briyani. The interesting fact is that it’s been more than 12 hours now since we ate our briyani. We are fine and fit so far, so declaring that our CB (nickname for Chicken Briyani..hehehe) is success. It’s really remarkable to get it faultless in the first attempt itself, isn’t it?

Have to leave for now. We are going to prepare Prawn briyani today. Hope to make it big hit. What??? Who is that who said it’s over confidence ;-)

Diwali Night!

First time I’m celebrating my Diwali away from home. I feel bad, tried to remember all the good times I had back home. To me, Diwali or any other festivals, they all lose their significance if you are away from home.

To make it worse, I got sandwiched with work the whole night. After the college, I am awake whole the night. Huh...Its awful. Have to rest my eyes for sometime.

Diwali wishes to all!

Car Theft

Motorists in the UK have been warned to take extra precautions against motor theft over the next few months as the country enters its worst time of the year for vehicle thefts. Insurance claims data from a leading insurance company in the UK revealed this week that September, October and November were when most vehicle thefts occurred in the UK.

The reason why this period is very prone to theft is that most obvious is the shorter daylight hours - we all know that thieves prefer to work in the dark. And, after enjoying the summer evenings outdoors, many of us look forward to spending time indoors, which in many cases means we're not using our car as much in the evenings.

Interestingly thieves prefer to make away with the car which has had the Christmas gifts. There are evidences that some thieves look at stealing a car as an alternative to public transport! They use it as one-way transportation to their holiday destination of choice. So you may find many stolen cars near by the sea shore and resorts.

Interesting to know that. Be careful!
